Instructions
Clean the balls with soap and water, apply lubricant and insert them vaginally, leaving the retrieval loop outside. Tighten your pelvic floor, keep them in for 5-10 minutes while lying down, and gradually work up to 15-20 minutes during daily activities. Relax your muscles and remove them in a squatting position if needed. A little water-based lubricant makes everything even smoother and more intense.
